Our Advanced Technologies

CLAF® production began at our Narita, Japan plant in 1974, then in the U.S. at our Roanoke, Alabama plant in 1992. Since then, the high quality and unique properties of CLAF® have been highly valued by customers.

In 1999, our Narita plant also started production of MILIFE®. Since then, its unique, silky touch has found many applications, including interior furnishings, wallcovering, packaging and more.
We are proud of CLAF® and MILIFE® fabrics, which are produced following our proprietary techniques and commitment to continuous improvement.
From our decades of experience with cross laid nonwovens, we have also developed expertise in many composite lamination techniques, which we can apply to your converting needs. Just contact us!
